Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of retail staff to assist with a four-week program from Jan 17th - Feb 8th at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo (3400 Burnett Tandy Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76107).

Job Description

• Staff will be supporting our client at their merchandise booth onsite. The merch booth will be outdoors.

• We will have shifts every day starting Fri 1/17 until Sat 2/8.

• There is only one shift time available per day: 9am-7pm. There will be an unpaid 1-hour break during the shift. You must be available to work the full length of the shift.

• We can provide up to 36 hours per week for four weeks (4 shifts per week max).

• Job duties include customer service, upselling, product knowledge, managing/restocking inventory, store maintenance, operating a point-of-sale system, and processing payments. This role does require you to stand, walk, lift (25-50 lbs), and bend throughout the shift.

• Pay is $22.50/hour.

• Parking will be reimbursed post-event up to $15/day with a receipt.

• Staff will need to wear their own black slacks/pants, a black professional long-sleeved shirt, and black professional shoes. All clothing should be unbranded. Any outerwear worn will need to be black and unbranded as well.

Ideal Candidates

• This is a physical role. Must be comfortable standing on your feet for the duration of the shift as well as lifting (25-50 lbs), bending, and walking.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors.

• Previous customer service/retail experience is required, event experience is preferred.

• Must be friendly, reliable, outgoing, and professional.

• Must be comfortable using point-of-sales systems and handling credit cards. Tech-savvy folks, please apply!
