We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff to support the execution of various events, including corporate meetings, product launches, and networking sessions. This role will involve coordinating logistics, interacting with attendees, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Greet and direct attendees, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage registration, guest lists, and event flow.
• Coordinate with vendors, catering teams, and other staff.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
• Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support team with additional event-related tasks as needed.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
