Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with guests, vendors, and event staff clearly and professionally.

Educator: Ability to educate guests on the benefits of Perspire’s infrared saunas and other modalities. Seamlessly tie benefits to the guests’ reason for wanting to visit.

Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected situations and adjust to changing event requirements.

Attention to detail: Ensuring all aspects of the event are executed accurately and flawlessly.

Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.

Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other event staff to achieve shared goals.

Intangibles: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Excellent multitasking ability. Excel at creating and building relationships with others

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Event Staffer (80%)

Event coordination and execution

Representing the Perspire Brand at events while promoting the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Setting up table, chairs, 10x10 tent, equipment, signage, and decorations according to event specifications.

Removing decorations, packing equipment, and restoring the venue to its original condition.

Membership Sales Associate (20%)

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Schedule

Event Staffer: You’ll be responsible for working 4-8 events per month with variable timing. This includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
