    Job Summary: We are a Private Event Space. We host all types of Events from Weddings to Quinceaneras.

    We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the Venues operational performance during your shift. You will be the Client's point of contact the day of their Event. Each Event you will be tasked with setting up tables and chairs according to the Event layout. You will supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the Event runs smoothly.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

    Set Up Tables and Chairs per the Event Layout

    Resolve customer complaints gracefully and effectively.

    Adhere to all state restaurant health and safety rules and regulations.

    End of shift operations and closing day reports and sales.

    Maintain appropriate inventory levels, restock when necessary and notify higher up management when stock is low and in need of re ordering.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous food service or customer service management experience.

    Familiarity with Toast POS software is a plus.

    Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays

    Fluent in Spanish.

    Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.

    Excellent management and leadership skills.

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Able to lift 100lb (Tables and Chairs).
