Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our events in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every event meets our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage event timelines and budgets with precision and accuracy.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details align with company standards.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Gather feedback post-event to improve future initiatives.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Prior experience in event coordination or project management is advantageous.
