We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to help coordinate and execute events for our clients. This role will involve providing support throughout the event planning process, from initial planning stages to on-site management, ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing events, including coordinating logistics, venues, vendors, and schedules
Support event managers in all aspects of event execution, including set-up and breakdown
Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Manage event materials, signage, and supplies
Maintain detailed records of event planning and timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise before or during events
Assist in post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and evaluations
Help with administrative tasks related to event planning and coordination
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
