    SUMMARY

    The Events & Business Development Manager drives revenue to Emagine’s events and alternative entertainment spaces. This role focuses on the strategic planning, execution, and management of sales initiatives aimed at enhancing brand growth, increasing visibility, and maximizing revenue. Collaborating closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Event AOR teams, The Events & Business Development Manager ensures measurable outcomes and contributes to elevating the overall Emagine guest experience.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Builds market position by identifying, developing, and securing new sales opportunities with corporate clients.

    Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing clients while identifying prospects for growth.

    Promotes Emagine’s events and entertainment offerings to potential clients.

    Engages with clients and promptly addresses inquiries regarding Emagine's services and events.

    Foster and uphold positive, professional relationships with clients.

    Drives business to Emagine’s alternative entertainment options, including MN Axe, Krazy Darts, and Arcades.

    Monitor sales performance to ensure financial goals are met.

    Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Emagine’s products and services.

    Collaborates with the Event AOR team to identify opportunities and enhance team effectiveness in event booking and hosting.

    Leads monthly meetings with the Event AOR team to strategize and align goals.

    Assists in the execution of large-scale on-site events in partnership with theatre leadership teams.

    Coordinates with Operations and Entertainment Technology teams to ensure seamless event execution.

    Partners with Operations team to develop sales programs, including event SOP’s, menus, and event packages.

    Other duties may be assigned.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university, preferably a degree in Business Management and/or Hospitality or equivalent experience. Five to ten years’ experience in guest service, marketing, or a sales related field.
