    Exciting Opportunity for Events Coordinator (Part Time and Full Time) Join our dynamic legal team in Warrendale, PA as we seek a skilled and enthusiastic events coordinator to play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for clients. Responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, managing food, beverages, and supplies, as well as handling various administrative tasks such as maintaining calendars, data entry, email communications, and client interactions. Some last-minute travel may be necessary. Responsibilities: • Attend evening events to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction (2-3 evenings per week) • Assist in setting up and dismantling workshops and events, managing food, beverages, and supplies • Welcome and assist clients, handling forms and payments, while maintaining inventory control • Manage and update the calendar, perform data entry using legal software • Follow up with clients and participate in weekly meetings as needed • Undertake additional tasks as required to support the firm's efficiency Qualifications: • Evening availability 2-3 days per week • High School diploma or equivalent is required • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times • High-level organizational and time-management skills • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are crucial • Ability to work effectively in a small office environment • Candidates must be team players with a mindset for growth
