    We are looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative Real Estate Event Coordinator to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our high-end property listings through exclusive events, strengthening connections with our valued clients and community, and fostering teamwork within our group and with select co-op agents. As the Event Coordinator, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence within the community while showcasing our premium listings to brokers, agents, and prospective buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate should have a background in event planning and vendor management, with a talent for crafting unforgettable, top-tier experiences. Responsibilities: • Event Planning Execution: Organize and implement events designed to strengthen relationships, engage with our community, and facilitate home sales. Ensure luxury properties are showcased optimally through standardized open houses, VIP preview events, and agent/broker tours. Create and deliver impactful events for our sphere of influence to enhance relationships and encourage referrals. Collaborate with our team of agents to develop and execute events that bolster team culture and community connections. • Vendor and Partner Management: Identify and build relationships with key vendors and partners such as caterers, decorators, entertainment providers, title companies and other event-related partners. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality, timely service. • Budget Management: Plan and monitor event budgets and identify advertising or sponsorship opportunities, ensuring effective allocation of resources while maintaining high standards in all event elements. • On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact during events, managing logistics, overseeing setup and breakdown, and ensuring smooth operations throughout. • Creative Input: Work closely with the team to introduce innovative and creative event ideas. Ensure that the theme, decor, and overall experience of each event enhance our brand and team culture, fostering stronger relationships, potential business opportunities, or successful home sales. • Promotion Marketing: Collaborate with Compass marketing and our team of agents to promote events and develop materials that emphasize the event's unique features. Facilitate connections with our sphere or target audience before and after the event to boost engagement and attendance. • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate success, obtain feedback, and implement improvements for future events. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in high-end or luxury settings • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • Detail-oriented with a creative eye and an appreciation for aesthetics Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
