Responsibilities: When your role is focused on the front desk operations: responsible for managing the daily operations of a hotel or business front desk, overseeing staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, coordinating reservations, and maintaining high standards of customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction; they actively monitor staff performance and address any issues that may arise to maintain efficient operations.When your role is focused on events: Plan and detail events with the client including: space requirements, times, equipment, menus, themes/decorations, etc. complete the contracts, prepare the appropriate paperwork, coordinate with appropriate areas in the hotel, resolve any issues, complaints, and problems to ensure a quality product delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Prior hospitality experience required • Front desk and or event experience
