Are you a creative and organized individual with a knack for planning unforgettable events? Holiday Lanes is seeking an enthusiastic Events Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our guests!
Position: Events Manager
Hours: 25-35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.
Manage the facility and staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Foster a positive and upbeat atmosphere by motivating the team and creating a fun environment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored experiences that exceed expectations.
Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event management or hospitality preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and engage with guests.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously.
A passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
