POSITION SUMMARY:
This candidate plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of all Red Rocks Church events by managing all logistical and operational aspects. This position oversees venue bookings, vendor coordinations, equipment setup, transportation, and event safety while ensuring that all logistical details align with the church's mission and vision. A strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for serving the Church are essential for success in this role. They work closely with the Events Director, Ministry Leaders, Volunteers, and Vendors.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
- Contribute to Red Rocks' overall mission to make Heaven more crowded.
- Commit to pursue full devotion to Jesus Christ.

- Commit to the Matthew 18 relational conflict resolution process in all relationships.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the Red Rocks Church Team Handbook.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ** Operations & Logistics**
- Handle venue bookings, permits, and vendor contracts.
- Oversee event setup, teardown, and equipment needs.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and catering.
- Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies.
- Coordinates registration and check-in processes.
- Oversee emails.
- Coordinates Creative, Communication, and any other system requests.
