POSITION SUMMARY:**

This candidate plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of all Red Rocks Church events by managing, recruiting and training volunteers while creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment at every event. This position oversees volunteers and makes sure they are equipped, empowered, and appreciated. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, passionate about ministry, and has strong communication and leadership skills.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:

• Contribute to Red Rocks' overall mission to make Heaven more crowded.
• Commit to pursue full devotion to Jesus Christ.
• Commit to adhere to Red Rocks core values to welcome home prodigals as well as striving for Authenticity, Humility, Unity, and Generosity as a staff member of RRC.
• Commit to the Matthew 18 relational conflict resolution process in all relationships.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the Red Rocks Church Team Handbook.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ** Volunteer & Guest Services**

• Assign roles and oversee volunteer teams for each Red Rocks Church Event.
• Manage guest services, including welcome teams and hospitality.
• Oversee the Rock Connections Board and coordinate volunteer training meetings.
• Ability to train and motivate volunteers.
• Conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
