    Position Summary:

    We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Supervisor / Foreman to lead our San Jose team. This role involves managing a wide range of projects for diverse clients across the city, requiring hands-on work and team leadership. This is a full-time position, demanding 40-50 hours per week, with the necessity for some weekend and overtime work. Opportunities for overnight shifts are available from Sunday through Thursday.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operate and maintain equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.

    Plan and execute projects to produce high-quality results.

    Assist with training, supervising and scheduling labor and equipment resources on a daily basis to meet schedule.

    Communicate daily job progress to the General Manager / Owner.

    Ensure job sites are safe and free from hazards.

    Perform additional tasks as needed.

    Prepare accident and injury reports,

    Qualifications:

    Possess a California driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation.

    Self-motivated and a proficient problem solver with keen attention to detail.

    Understand the critical nature of punctuality, organization, and customer satisfaction.

    Capable of physically demanding work, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs).

    Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

    Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is beneficial.

    High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree, trade school in asphalt/construction management or equivalent field experience preferred.

    Working knowledge (2-5 years) with hands-on-heavy asphalt paving, crack-filling, or line striping.
