Job Description

Our Benefits Specialist uses our proprietary lead management system to meet with business owners and present ways to fulfill their envisioned employee benefits package. Our goal is to help business owners attract and retain employees with much needed benefits, and most importantly help the employees at each company protect those who they care about the most which is their families at home. This is a Monday thru Friday position. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, AND NO HOLIDAYS. The average 1st year income for a Benefits Specialist ranges between $50,000 tp $85,000. Management roles can earn $100,000 or more.
