EVERGREEN AGENT IS SEEKING FULL-TIME SALES ENROLLMENT SPECIALISTS TO BE HANDS-ON, ON CALL, INTEGRAL MEMBERS OF OUR SALES TEAM.

At least 1 year sales experience is required. This is a learning position for someone who's great with people so for us, attitude is the priority over aptitude.

We work exclusively with real estate agents in the United States. Most realtors here are struggling to build the life and business they really want. So many are great people who just don't know how to do things the right way to get what they want. We're here to help them so they can have the life and business they really want. Our goal is to be the #1 consultancy for real estate agents in the United States that's recognized for putting people above all else.
Your mission will be to drive new business revenue by generating conversations with new potential clients, vetting warm inbound leads for our Advisors, converting leads from our group and following-up with leads who have not yet enrolled with us.
REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)
Be coachable: If you think you have nothing to learn from others or believe you're already #1 with no room to grow, you won't fit in here. Attitude > aptitude.
People skills: you’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).
Integrity: be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only set clients who are a good fit.
Leadership: you must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.
Hunger // Work ethic: this is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities 2) Set them for the close. You must be hungry.
Attention to detail: you will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers, but still important.
High standards: you’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to our own high standards.
Poise: you’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
THIS IS A 1099, COMMISSION + BONUS POSITION ONLY.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00+ per year based on our MINIMUM standards.
