    Hello!

    FULL TIME REMOTE CALL CENTER AGENT IN COMPLEX CUSTOMER SERVICE & HEALTHCARE 

     

    EMPLOYER: Everise

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    The Customer Care Representative will provide outstanding service acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products and services related to client programs. Associates will provide callers with thorough service that builds relationships, resolves issues and increases overall trust and satisfaction in client’s products and services. Member services for Humana insurance. Candidate will be able to answer questions on the member's plan. Example: What does my plan cover? Is this procedure covered? How does my plan work?

    SCHEDULE: Sept-Apr, 7 days a week, 7:45am to 2 am EST, May-Aug, M-F, 7:45 am to 2 am EST - (shifts to be determined within those hours and days during training) 

    PAID TRAINING: 34 days 

    HOURLY RATE: $13.25 / hour  +$3 per productive hour premium until 12/31/21. Bi- weekly pay 

    REQUIREMENTS: Agent schedules must be clear for first 90 days. 

    Experience in a work from home environment a plus.

    Must have access to a computer for the 1 day Orientation and a hard wired internet connection of 20mbps download/ 10 mbps upload.

    LAPTOP PROVIDED AFTER ORIENTATION.

    Agents must provide a 21inch. screen monitor and USB headset by training. 

    Previous experience in customer service is required.

    Candidates must be located in the US and over 18 years of age.
