We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of our client’s company and drive financial planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the tech or logistics industry and will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth and profitability goals.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market opportunities. Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Oversee and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to the executive team.

• Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team, supporting key business decisions and long-term planning.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment across the organization.

• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders, effectively communicating the company’s financial performance and strategy.

• Implement and maintain robust financial systems and controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities to enhance financial processes and drive efficiency.

• Lead financial due diligence and integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, as needed.

• 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tech or logistics sector.
