    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of our client’s company and drive financial planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the tech or logistics industry and will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth and profitability goals.

    In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring that financial risks are managed effectively, and compliance with regulations and policies is maintained. As a trusted advisor to the executive team, you will provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

    • Oversee and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to the executive team.

    • Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

    • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team, supporting key business decisions and long-term planning.

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

    • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment across the organization.

    • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders, effectively communicating the company’s financial performance and strategy.
