    Job Description

    We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create user-centric designs for our client’s platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. As a UX/UI Designer at our client, you will be responsible for conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.

    In this role, you will translate user insights into innovative design solutions that enhance the usability and visual appeal of our client’s platform. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business goals. Your designs will be informed by user feedback and analytics, ensuring a continuous improvement cycle.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Conduct user research to gather insights and translate them into innovative design solutions that enhance the user experience.

    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.

    • Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure the seamless implementation of designs and alignment with business objectives.

    • Continuously improve the user experience based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices in UX/UI design.

    • Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across all user interfaces and design elements.

    • Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as needed.

    • Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather actionable insights for improvements.

    • Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

    • Work within an agile development environment, participating in regular team meetings and contributing to sprint planning and review sessions.

    • Ensure that all designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to relevant guidelines and standards.

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

    • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, process, and successful project outcomes.

    • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop user-centric solutions.

    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

    • Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design implementation is a plus.

    Education / Professional Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

    • Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
