Are you service-oriented and looking for an exciting opportunity? Then Evolution is the right place for you! As an Online Casino Dealer, presentation and personality are key as you’ll be presenting casino games live on camera! No prior experience is required.

We provide a full two-week training at our Evolution Academy where you'll learn how to deal live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, as well as how to present the games in front of the camera. You’ll be dealing cards, spinning the wheel, and announcing the winning results. It’s like hosting your own TV Game Show! Except, the players aren’t in the studio — they’re live-streaming the games to their computers, tablets, and smartphones. 

We’re looking for customer service-minded people with POSITIVE ENERGY, who can DELIVER a GREAT EXPERIENCE for our players.

The studio runs 24 hours a day, which means that we offer day, swing, and night shifts!

OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT IS:

YOUR ROLE:

• Host and deal a variety of casino games in a live studio streamed to real players, in a rotating shift work environment
• Host and interact with players by providing an engaging and rewarding experience
• Participate in table promotions, internal and external media campaigns
• Maintain the highest professional standards at all times

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Successfully complete pre-employment drug & background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Wear an assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Service-minded with excellent communications skills and a positive attitude
• 1-2 years of work experience in a service-oriented role, preferred
• Responsible, dedicated and dependable
