Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator Job Description
The Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator will produce a range of engaging, brand-consistent content to support our marketing and sales functions and to elevate our growing brand. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic content management & to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven graphic design experience, adept at working within brand guidelines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality visual content to support product launches, including product packaging, literature, catalogues, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce graphics and visual identities for campaigns, events, and promotions.
Execute projects briefed by the wider team while also identifying opportunities to upgrade content and presenting a business case.
Edit and enhance photography as needed.
Own & distribute necessary content to sales channels to aid sell-in and the onboarding of new products.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather, create, and schedule content for social media, blogs, listings, and other communications.
Ensure all content is accurate, timely, and aligns with the company’s tone and style.
Manage multiple design and content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and content resources.
Preferred Skills:
Experience and/or knowledge in photography, either behind the camera or directing photoshoots.
Experience and/or knowledge in video editing.
Experience and/or knowledge of engaging copywriting.
Requirements:
3-5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud apps is beneficial.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Office 365 cloud software.
Understanding of the different requirements for digital and print artwork.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English writing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Working hours: This is a full-time Hybrid role (3 Days in-office, 2 Days Work-from-home) with standard working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
