What We Need:

An Associate or Bachelor's degree or CDA Credential (or the willingness to obtain it with our full support!)

Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication abilities, professional stress management, and effective multitasking.

A passion for early childhood education, especially in toddler and preschool settings

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, a vital aspect of child safety and care.
