Executive Admin Assistant to the CEO and Financial Development Administrator
The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in this dual, full-time role. This unique position will support the President and CEO of our rapidly growing YMCA and also support growth in our Financial Development department.
The successful candidate will be experienced with supporting a high-level Executive, be highly organized, flexible, motivated, personable, and enthusiastic. This position requires strong spelling/editing, communication and computer software skills. Must be able to multi-task, have the ability to change from one project to another with little notice, and to complete projects under tight deadlines and under pressure.
General office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm, however, flexibility is required for various meetings and special event support.

With the Financial Development Team, this position will be responsible for helping to successfully complete the following goals:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates and completes a broad range of administrative tasks for the CEO
Manages a very active calendar of appointments; Keeps CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and assists with appropriate follow up
Ensures deliverables are met with a “hands on” approach
Makes travel arrangements (Lodging, transportation etc.), and completes expense reports
Assists the CEO with preparation for meetings ensuring appropriate materials are compiled, organized and distributed
Drafts emails, letters and personal correspondences and other tasks that assist the CEO
Performs receptionist duties for the Metro Office greeting, answering phones; includes some office management duties
Assists other members of the Executive team with scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Provides some support to Metro Executives
Maintains elected officials' database and Board member database
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all Strong Kids Campaign materials necessary to ensure an increase in branch member engagement
Work with the Corporate Training Manager to develop related trainings
Provide campaign reports to each of the branches
Supports Special Events Director with pre-event logistics for all Metro events
Supports and assists the Special Events Director in cultivating and expanding sponsorship
Assists with fundraising programs, grants, etc., as needed
Skills/ Requirements:
Full Time Hourly Pay Rate: $34.00 - $37.00/hour depending on experience.
