We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for assisting our Chief Operations Officer with administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, overseeing itineraries, answering and prioritizing phone calls and emails, and managing meetings. THIS POSITION IS IN-OFFICE, NOT REMOTE Responsibilities: • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparation for the meetings, sending reminders, recording minutes, and organizing catering when necessary • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date • Other assistant duties as assigned by executives such as picking up orders, and other personal assistant tasks Qualifications: • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • High school diploma or G.E.D. required Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
