    Are you an experienced Executive Assistant moving into a Chief of Staff level of responsibility? Looking for a part-time, weekday gig? We are seeking someone with exceptional organizational skills with professional polish to wrangle the creative, busy President of our digital marketing agency. The gig is about 2 hours a weekday, to ensure we keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks. From managing inbox zero to running our annual client conference and following up with demanding clients. Ideal candidates are pedantically organized, self-managing, polished communicators who can think on their feet. Frankly, we are a small group of great people who really care, don't take ourselves too seriously, and are grateful for the role we play in clients' ambitions. Responsibilities: Daily 30-minute Check-in Meeting to ensure everything is addressed and moving forward. • Inbox zero every day - includes narrowing down action items to those that need to be followed up on by either the EA or the President. • Experience in billing, invoicing, and late payment follow-up. • Help plan and coordinate events - both our appearance at third-party events as well as Mockingbird's Annual Client Summit. • Manage business travel. • Send customized corporate thank-you gifts. • Update public-facing content - our website, social media, and newsletter with event information. • Assist in dismantling our brick-and-mortar office. • Manage our physical mail (USPS Post Office Box in Issaquah) • Follow miscellaneous tasks to full completion. Qualifications: • 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant. • 4 years experience with Quickbooks. • Comfortable Managing Up. Compensation: $35 - $40 hourly
