Growing investment firm seeks Executive Assistant to support CEO and senior leadership team. Located on Wilshire Blvd in West Los Angeles, this role requires on-site work, including occasional local errands.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of executive support experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven track record supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Stable work history
Preferred:
- Experience in small company environments
- Office management experience
- Experience managing and prioritizing high-volume email communications
- Technology savvy with social media platform knowledge
- Track record of growing beyond initial role responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary $80,000 - $120,000, flexible based on experience
