Responsibilities: • Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date • Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed • Be the main point of contact for high-level executive • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive • Oversee filing systems, manage office supplies, and ensure seamless daily operations. • Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, handle personal mail, and serve as the main point of contact for high-level executive matters. • Show properties to prospective tenants while ensuring leasing inquiries are responded to promptly. • Assist with processing applications, verifying documents (income, landlord references, ID, reports), and escalating approvals/denials as needed. • Coordinate property showings, follow up with prospective tenants, collect feedback, and manage scheduling platforms. • Provide backup support for leasing managers, including handling inquiries, updating listings, and assisting with lease finalization. • Forward tenant maintenance requests to the appropriate team members using established communication templates. • Participate in weekly leasing and administrative meetings to review updates, discuss tenant placements, and streamline processes. Qualifications: • Experience using Microsoft Office • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
