    We’re looking for an experienced professional, proactive, highly organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing legal team. You’ll be responsible for assisting our attorneys and team members with administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, overseeing itineraries, answering phone calls, calendaring, and managing our office filing system. Responsibilities: • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings • Answer phones and be a liaison between clients and firm team members • Maintain attorney schedules/calendars • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, etc., and report details to attorney(s) or Director of Operations • Perform additional assigned duties such as picking up orders, firm errands, handling personal mail, etc. • Assist attorneys and other team members with administrative tasks as needed, including preparation of finalized estate plan packages and e-recording documents with the local Register of Deeds offices Qualifications: • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Proficient in basic computer software, including Microsoft 365, and can quickly learn to use new programs • Must like dogs! • College degree preferred Compensation: $16 - $21 hourly
