We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. This position is responsible for managing and supporting the needs of the President on a daily basis including special projects, events, and schedules as well as being a contact support person between President and TOH Team Members. Exhibit good independent decision making skills and adhere and support the TOH Core Values. Responsibilities: • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes • Serve as the main contact for high-level executive • Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Project Management Assistance for annual company initiatives and President special projects • Monthly and Quarterly Reports management and maintenance • Assist with coordinating Monthly and Quarterly Leadership Team Meetings and Events • Manage and coordinate business travel schedule for the President • Assist the President with his professional and personal calendar schedule (meetings and appointments) • Compose and type routine correspondence using Microsoft Word and Outlook software • Perform data entry into Excel spreadsheets and produce Pivot Tables and Graphs to display data Qualifications: • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
