Job Description A personal injury/criminal defense law firm in Oak Cliff, Dallas, seeks a full-time experienced Executive Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and other team members.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans.
Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative duties.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Serve as a liaison between team members across all offices.
Professionally manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Manage multiple social media accounts, including responding to inboxes/DMs.
Create and update forms and templates for practice groups and update client information in the CRM system.
Develop and maintain positive liaison relationships with various internal and external customers, including employees, executives, board members, and the general public.
Assist with the intake of potential new clients.
Assist with the coordination of the law firm owner’s personal and business matters.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Assist in project research (e.g., real estate investments, obtaining construction bids, etc.).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar executive support role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
2- or 4-year degree.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment (e.g., via phone, web/videoconference).
Ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining a client service-oriented approach.
Demonstrated ability to use good judgment in taking initiative while asking for direction or clarification and consulting others as appropriate.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs.
Can-do attitude and flexible approach.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills, effective follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail across all levels of work.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality work and timely responses to deadlines, while effectively balancing workload.
Ability to perform tasks that may be highly confidential or sensitive in nature, requiring discretion and diplomacy.
Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with a tech-savvy aptitude, capable of quickly mastering new software applications. Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
