Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the schedule and appointments of the executive team • Ensure efficient communication flow within the organization and with external partners • Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making processes • Oversee administrative staff and office operations to maintain a productive work environment Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles • Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
