Compensation: $50,000 - $57,000 Schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm (in-person) Responsibilities: Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support • Develop and maintain efficient systems, updating the CRM for seamless client engagement. • Facilitate growth through proactive database management and • relationship-building initiatives. • Transaction Coordination • Oversee property transactions from listing prep to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. • Collaborate with the transaction coordinator to align all aspects of the transaction process. • Calendar Social Media Management • Keep the team on schedule with precise calendar management, coordinating every appointment and deadline. • Spearhead social media efforts, from creating content to scheduling posts, ensuring brand alignment. • Manage content for client events, newsletters, and property promotions in collaboration with photographers and marketing. • Marketing Assistance • Aid in listing promotions, marketing calendar execution, and vendor coordination, supporting the team’s dynamic and professional brand presence.
