LGA Appliance is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and keep daily operations running smoothly. As a key player in a fast-paced appliance company, you’ll handle everything from managing calendars and communications to bookkeeping and office administration.
Responsibilities:
Provide Executive-level support including calendar management, meeting co-ordination, events and travel arrangements
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, data entry, reconciliation) using accounting software
Responsible for AP and AR
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
Acquire and distribute store supplies
Ensure smooth office operations, including supply management and general administrative tasks
Assist with phone calls as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in the appliance or related industries is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
General computer proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
