    We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role involves working closely with the CEO and Vice President to manage schedules, oversee administrative tasks, and assist with key projects across the organization. It presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    This position will be 100% onsite in Nashville, TN

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate calendars for the CEO and Vice President, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Serve as a point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on important matters.

    • Assist in drafting, editing, and organizing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    • Provide administrative support for special projects, including conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations.

    • Manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

    • Assist with general office operations, such as ordering supplies, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring the functionality of office equipment.

    • Coordinate and oversee projects for the CEO that involve board members, high-profile donors, and key stakeholders.

    • Handle data entry and generate reports within internal databases.

    • Develop and manage frequent external communications on behalf of the CEO.

    • Organize and oversee all aspects of the bi-monthly board of directors’ meetings and related events.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive leadership.

    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive).

    • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.

    • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

    • Experience in planning and managing events for large groups
  • Compensation
    $50,000 per year
