    I Am Hiring an Executive/Personal Assistant

    This role demands proficiency in various tools that are critical for modern business management, including HubSpot , Breezy HR , Notion , Canva , and MS Office Suite. These platforms are not merely software; they represent the backbone of how we communicate, manage projects, and engage with clients. An ideal candidate will be articulate and comfortable in client-facing situations, embodying the professional image we strive to project.

    Beyond just scheduling and administrative tasks, this Executive/Personal Assistant will be my right-hand person. He/She/They will handle my calendar meticulously, ensuring that every appointment and meeting is well-organized. Additionally, light bookkeeping and billing responsibilities will be part of the role, requiring a keen eye for detail and an understanding of financial processes.

    Given the fast-paced environment in which we operate, this individual must be highly organized and self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to work smart rather than just hard. They should possess strong writing skills, as effective communication is crucial in all forms of business correspondence. Furthermore, being social media savvy is increasingly important in today's digital age, allowing us to leverage various platforms to enhance our outreach and engagement with clients.

    What the Ideal Candidate for this role looks like:

    Candidates must know Canva, HubSpot, be familiar with ATS systems and Notion

    Candidates must be articulate and self-motivated

    Candidates must be expert in Operations and Process Management

    Candidates must be able to be Client facing handling, contracts, billing, interview scheduling, etc.

    Candidates must be highly organized and an idea generator on how to make the company run better

    Candidates need to be strong writers and creative enough to handle the organization social media if need be

    Candidates must be familiar with putting together newsletter.

    Light bookkeeping is needed

    Familiar with MS Office 365

    Must be able to communicate effectively
