    Job Summary:

    Ardalyst is seeking an enthusiastic individual eager to develop their skills as an executive assistant. In this role, you will gain valuable insights into Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation while managing daily tasks and various in-office duties. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with small projects. This position provides a unique opportunity to explore the roles and responsibilities within a dynamic start-up environment.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Organize and maintain files, records, and electronic documents efficiently.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, and accommodations.
    • Support special projects and initiatives as required.
    • Perform research on diverse topics as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Display self-motivation, high organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
    • Show professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
    • Possessing basic project management skills, experience with corporate documentation, and familiarity with board minutes is a plus.

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree or 6+ months relevant experience.
    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
