Who you are:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO , you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's daily operations, communications, and strategic initiatives. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup, DTC, e-commerce, or CPG environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Experience with C-level executive calendar management
Excellent relationship-building, and communication skills
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
10% Travel required to events, venues, and various locations as required
