Role Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our solar leadership team. The Executive Assistant will be in charge of, but is not limited, to maintaining a plethora of administrative accounts, conducting research on solar industry trends, coordinating events and calendars, and completing ad hoc tasks.
<Key Responsibilities>
Administrative & Executive Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
Attend industry meetings or events as needed, taking notes and summarizing key points for executives.
Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation.
Logistics & Event Coordination:
Support the marketing team in exhibition-related tasks and manage daily tasks at exhibitions.
Plan and organize team members' travels, ensuring cost-effective and convenient itineraries.
Assist in the coordination and organization of internal and external events or meetings.
Document & Communication Management:
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to solar projects.
Process documents based on provided instructions, including template setting, translation, and formatting.
Research & Industry Trends:
Conduct research on solar industry trends, updates, and best practices
< Requirements>
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Master degree or higher is a plus but not required
Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage data to make data-driven decisions
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Available to work on-site at the Irvine, CA office

Fluency/conversational Chinese is a plus but not required
