    We are looking for a savvy and well-rounded Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen sense of organization, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks and people both in and out of the office. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the partner • Task Management: Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Assist with project management and follow-up on pending matters • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for both business and personal trips • Office Operations: Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing expenses, and coordinating with vendors • Home Operations: Support partner in home-related tasks such as organization, setting up vendors, and house management tasks • Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed • Other assigned tasks as needed Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role • Exceptional organizational skills, trustworthy, savvy, and pays attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in computer-related tasks (drafting documents, sending emails) • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision • Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks • Understands how to use Microsoft Office Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
