    We're hiring an organized Executive Assistant to provide extraordinary service to our executive team. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails efficiently and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, and managing calendars for management. Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, and are open to assisting with any possible assignments. If this sounds like you, apply below! Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and the management team • Act as a primary point of contact for the executive team • Complete office management tasks such as organizing filing systems and keeping the office orderly and presentable • Manage the executive team’s calendars, including telephone conferences and team meetings • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to the management • Help to prepare for meetings • Assist management with research and organization projects • Assist with event and travel planning as needed • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements • Problem-solve for callers by finding answers to questions Qualifications: • Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or experience performing supportive duties • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Experience using Microsoft Office • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide quick front-desk experience for customers Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
