Responsibilities: • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive • Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. • Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
