Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and with a strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Must be able to work both independently and as a team, and adapt to various needs of Fixed Income
• Must demonstrate self-confidence and the ability to interact with senior level management throughout the firm
• Must maintain strict confidentiality, multi-task, and have strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced level MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, familiarity of Adobe Pro, AdobeSign, DocuSign
• Ability to learn and work with various applications used by Fixed Income
• Prepare and edit materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Create and process purchase requisitions in Ariba
• Complete and submit expense reports in Concur
• Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives
• Provide phone and message support
• Print, copy, scan, and file materials
• Sort and distribute mail
• Maintain and order office supplies
