    Job Description

    The Executive Assistant / Donor Relations position will provide crucial support to the CEO and executive team while playing a key role in donor relations and fundraising. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will be both highly efficient in administrative tasks and naturally gifted in relationship building, as they will interface regularly with major donors and key stakeholders.

    Job Responsibilities:

    ● Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for the executive team as it relates to meetings with key stakeholders and major donors

    ● Book and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

    ● Handle sensitive email communications and correspondence

    ● Support donor relations tasks including gift acknowledgments, updates, and regular communication

    ● Assist in fostering donor community through personalized touchpoints and engagement

    ● Coordinate and support executive team in donor meetings and cultivation events

    ● Maintain detailed records of donor interactions in our CRM system (Virtuous)

    ● Prepare briefing documents for donor meetings and events

    ● Assist in creating and sending donor communications and updates

    ● Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO

    ● Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters

    ● Provide general administrative support to the executive team

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Skills:

    ● 5+ years of experience in executive support, donor relations, or similar role

    ● Exceptional writing and communication skills

    ● Strong technological proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

    ● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail

    ● Natural relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills

    ● Highly organized with strong time management abilities

    ● Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential information

    ● Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

    ● Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

    ● Experience in nonprofit or donor relations preferred

    ● Bachelor's Degree preferred

    ● Passion for fighting human trafficking and alignment with TER's mission

    Additional Information

    What Does Success Look Like?:

    ● 1st 90-Days: Mastery of executive team's schedules and preferences, proficiency in all systems and processes, established positive relationships with key donors and stakeholders, demonstrating reliable execution of administrative responsibilities.

    ● 6-Month Mark: Proactively managing executive support needs, contributing meaningfully to donor relations efforts, and receiving positive feedback from both the executive team and donor community.

    ● End of 1st Year: Seamlessly managing all aspects of the role, demonstrating measurable impact in donor relations, and serving as a trusted support to the executive team.
