As Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be the right hand to a top luxury real estate professional, ensuring everything runs with precision and excellence. Your role is critical in allowing our lead broker to focus on high-level client relationships, negotiations, and sales, while you handle operations, client coordination, and event planning behind the scenes. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who is already highly skilled, experienced in real estate, and ideally licensed. If you are not currently licensed but have significant experience in the field, a willingness to obtain your license is preferred, as it will allow you to take on a larger role in transactions and client support. Compensation & Perks: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000, based on experience. • Paid Time Off (PTO). • Performance-Based Bonus: After 60 days, you will be eligible for a structured bonus program based on performance, efficiency, and results. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: • Support the Lead Broker Directly: Manage schedules, handle communication, and act as a liaison with clients and vendors. • Client & Transaction Coordination: Guide clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism and efficiency. • Luxury Property Marketing & Staging: Oversee photography, video shoots, and online marketing campaigns to ensure listings are showcased at the highest level. • Event Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and producing exclusive real estate and networking events that enhance our brand. • Operations & Database Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems, manage documents, and streamline back-end operations. • Listing & Showing Support: Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) , accompany listing appointments, and handle essential pre-market tasks. What It Takes to Succeed: • Real estate experience is required; a license is strongly preferred. If not licensed, you must be open to obtaining one. • Ability to stay five steps ahead in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. • Exceptional communication skills , both verbal and written. • High-level tech skills —must be comfortable using CRMs, MLS systems, and marketing platforms. • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. • Availability to travel between Santa Fe and Albuquerque as needed.
