We’re hiring a motivated Executive Assistant to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations smooth and ensuring decision-makers have what they need to succeed.     What You'll Do:
    As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide essential support to senior leadership, helping with everything from managing calendars to preparing materials for important meetings. You’ll handle travel arrangements, track action items, and keep communication flowing smoothly across the team. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things organized will make a real impact in this fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage executive calendars, ensuring meetings and events are scheduled efficiently.
    • Assist in preparing materials for briefings, presentations, and meetings with senior leadership.
    • Coordinate travel logistics, including using the Defense Travel System (DTS), and prepare travel reports.
    • Monitor task management systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Proofread both classified and unclassified documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
    • Assist with internal and external communications, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Support strategic planning, special projects, and meeting agendas by tracking action items and preparing summaries.

    What You'll Bring:

    • 3-8 years of experience supporting executives in government or corporate environments.
    • Active Secret security clearance.
    • Experience in managing schedules, travel, and logistics in secure environments, with knowledge of DTS and task management systems.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to draft and review complex documents.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms like SharePoint.
    • Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting officials in the Department of Defense or federal government.
    • Familiarity with DoD policies and procedures, especially in readiness programs and strategic initiatives.
    • Knowledge of event coordination and project management.
