    Position: Executive Assistant-Finance

    Shift Schedule: 8am to 4.30pm

    Location: Upland ,CA

    Start Date:ASAP

    Pay:$23-$25 PER HOUR

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Finance to support our finance VP. The candidate will report directly to the Director and the VP of Finance. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, assist with financial reporting, and ensure smooth communication between departments. This role requires discretion, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide executive-level administrative support to finance executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

    Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and other documents.

    Manage and organize confidential financial records and data.

    Coordinate and track financial projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

    Conduct research and compile data for financial analysis.

    Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of finance leadership.

    Support budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.

    Handle email correspondence and draft communications for the finance department.

    Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and minutes.

    Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a finance-related environment.

    Strong understanding of financial principles and terminology.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
