    Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the team lead and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. Responsibilities: • Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes • Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date • Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Listing Paperwork and Coordination: Manage and organize listing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide support to agents as needed. • Team Organization and Leadership: Organize team meetings, coordinate schedules, and provide leadership to ensure efficient workflow and team cohesion. • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a functional and organized workspace. • Support to Broker: Step in for the Broker during her absence, handling inquiries, making decisions within authority, and representing the office professionally. • Departmental Oversight: Provide high-level oversight of departmental operations (e.g., sales, marketing), identifying opportunities for synergy and improvement across teams. • Business Growth Support: Contribute to the growth of the business by implementing strategies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications: • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • Familiar with Microsoft Office • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills • Experience: Proven experience in office management or a similar role within the real estate industry. Familiarity with listing paperwork and transaction processes is essential. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to motivate and support a team towards common goals. • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders. • License (Preferred): Possession of a real estate license is preferred but not required. Willingness to obtain a license. • Long-Term Commitment: A commitment to becoming a long-term member of our team, contributing to our growth and success over time. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
