    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative Support

    • Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the President.
    • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and determine their priority and appropriate response.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure security of all communications and documents.

    Meeting Coordination

    • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
    • Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations for board meetings, client meetings, and other significant events.
    • Ensure that the President is well-prepared for all meetings and engagements.

    Project Management

    • Assist the President with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
    • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
    • Monitor project progress and provide updates to the President.

    Client and Stakeholder Relations

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
    • Assist in managing relationships with key clients and partners, including scheduling meetings and handling inquiries.
    • Handle logistics for client visits and events, ensuring a positive experience.

    Office Management

    • Oversee the daily operations of the executive office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and functional.
    • Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve any office-related issues.

    Event Planning

    • Plan and organize corporate events, such as conferences, meetings, and team-building activities.
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
    • Ensure events are executed flawlessly and within budget.

    Required Experience:

    • A minimum of two years or more of experience working in an Executive Assistant role in a professional business office.
    • Experience must include providing Administrative Support, Meeting Coordination, Office Management and Event Planning
    • Highly professional verbal and written communication skills are essential
