About the Role In this dynamic role, you'll work directly with our Branch Manager, Gina Myers, to drive operational excellence and support the growth of our team. We’re looking for someone who is not only organized and proactive but also personable and invested in supporting both the day-to-day functions and long-term goals of our team. If you are skilled in managing details, coordinating client and realtor meetings, and ensuring seamless scheduling and communications, this role will allow you to thrive! Responsibilities: • Organize incoming information: Such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and respond or report details to Branch Manager. • Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Oversee daily schedules for our Branch Manager, including scheduling and confirming client and realtor meetings. • Client & Partner Communication: Maintain databases, track client leads, and manage correspondence with business partners and referral sources. • Team Operations: Administer our Extreme Follow-Up Program, organize team metrics, and assist with planning and coordinating events. • Event Support: Help plan and execute team activities, appreciation events, and realtor-focused gatherings. • Gifting and Appreciation: Assist with planning and executing thoughtful gifts for clients, partners, and team events. • General Administration: Manage recurring tasks, expense tracking, office supplies, and more, ensuring our team runs efficiently. Qualifications: • A proactive mindset, with strong organizational and communication skills. • Familiarity with customer service, Microsoft Office, and a keen eye for detail. • A genuine passion for supporting a collaborative team, with a focus on enhancing client and partner experiences. • High school diploma or college degree • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant, retail, or support-type role. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
