Ready to join the exciting world of real estate? We should probably talk! An executive assistant is needed for a top-ranking real estate team in the CO area. With the help of this individual, the owner is hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond! The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits Available • Bonus potential • Work-from-home flexibility with some out-of-office responsibilities. Responsibilities: This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance. • Oversee transactions from listing to close, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs, and negotiations. • Maintain detailed documentation for transactions. • Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and agents. • Implement and improve structured systems and workflows. • Manage and optimize CRM tools and checklists. • Oversee listing prep, including staging coordination and marketing materials. • Maintain databases, screen calls, and handle correspondence. • Schedule meetings, produce reports, and assist team agents. • Manage day-to-day office operations and track expenses. • Market listings, business, and the team via social media. • Help clients through the closing process. • (Eventually) Hire, train, and hold team members accountable. • This person will LOVE checklists and "to-do" lists and will love paperwork. Qualifications: • License is preferred, but candidates must be willing to obtain a real estate license soon after getting hired. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. • Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. • A team player who collaborates well and leads when needed. • Comfortable managing multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently. • Calm under pressure, especially in high-stress, high-conflict situations. • Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems and tools quickly. • A self-starter who loves checklists and "to-do" lists. • Passionate about providing top-tier client service and supporting a high-performing team.
